After changing my card from 970 gtx to 7800 tx there's no HDR option in Windows options on my Dell G2724D
and Can my cpu i5-7500 be limited to 8 bit ?
Because with my laptop there is no problem i5 9th gen

Did you install the proper AMD driver for Radeon RX7800 XT if that was your new gpu?
