Hello,

I'm not sure what cause this issue exactly. Might be remote backend update server is not available at that moment. But I can recommending

flushing your DNS cache to clear the problem and allow testing to continue

To clear the DNS cache please follow these instructions:

  1. Search for cmd

  2. When search finds "Command Prompt", Right-click on it and select Run as administrator

  3. If User Access Control prompt appears, select YES to continue

  4. In the Command Prompt window type ipconfig/flushdns and press enter

  5. Once completed you should see the following: "Successfully flushed the DNS Resolver Cache."

  6. Close the Command Prompt Window, and attempt the Online Diagnostics again.

Hope that helps!

I meant via OME server. Could you try restarting the OME appliance?
