OME v4 is NOT Sending Alerts to Email

We just migrated our previous system to v4.0 and now our Alert Policies are not sending to our email. We confirmed our test emails work, and that OME can get the SNMP Traps from the iDRAC. We've re-discovered our devices but still will not send any messaged alerts. Any thoughts?

We had this problem too, the fix for us was to change the SMTP server address from a FQDN to an IP address.

That did the trick to fix it. @DELL-Young E why would this be the case? Any thoughts?

Hello, I'm told that if going from FQDN->IP fixed the issue, the OME team needs to look at DNS settings, hence we recommend raising am official case.
