lost idrac7 license
Thanks to a recent power issue, my enterprise idrac7 license vanished and I don't know how to get it back. I purchased the server from amazon, refurbished, and the license was already installed. I didn't get the chance to export it before it vanished.

Hi,
Have you done the ownership transfer have you have purchased from Amazon to your name? You will need to fill up the form if you have not done it. The ownership transfer team will contact you if they need any further information.

After the ownership is completed, I'll be able to generate iDRAC license to be delivered to the server's owner email. That is the reason why the transfer need to be completed.
