Firmware updates stopped working suddenly
Hello
We have about 140 server in OME.
I run today some firmware updates. At first it run as expected and I could update about 30 server.
Suddenly I'm getting for every device I want to update this error:
"Unable to perform the management task on this device because the device is not onboarded."
We are running Version 4.0.1 (Build 29)

Hello,
I couldn't find direct known issues regarding your issue. However, let's double-check those servers in OME. First, see if they even show up listed at all. Then, let's take a closer look at their onboarding status. Basically, onboarding is like setting them up in OME and giving it the keys to manage them. If that process isn't complete, that could explain the update trouble. I found a document for you please take a look Device Onboarding with OpenManage Enterprise (https://dell.to/49vHJBr) Other than that if your issue continues I recommend opening a ticket with your local Dell support. Because I believe they need to remote access and check it in detail.

I checked all servers and it seems that "only" 26 from 138 are affected.
All servers are green in OME and I can run inventory jobs.
Onboard tasks for all this servers are completed green.
