Configuration Compliance baseline destination limit?
Does OME 4.0 have a limit for Compliance baseline destinations?
If I create a compliance baseline, I see only 259 Targets listed.
I have 500 devices.
It seems to have nothing to-do with the type of targets or the baseline template.
Because I see identical devices listed and not listed.

Create a configuration compliance baseline
A configuration compliance baseline is a list of devices associated to a compliance template. A device in OpenManage Enterprise can assigned to 10 baselines. You can check the compliance of a maximum 250 devices at a time.

What OME Advanced license do you have?
I might recommend to contact Support directly and ask for the Systems Management department. They can do a remote session and get a look with you.

another limit in OME. Thanks for pointing me to!
But this seems not to be the only issue.
Even if I select a Query Group which does contain 20 Poweredge 760 for example, the Configuration Baseline "Target" screen shows only 7 Servers inside the group.
And when I run it, it also reports these 7 servers only.
I checked the firmware levels and configs, all the same.
I have opened a support case for it.
