I've only just purchased an XPS 16 9640 and I've dropped my phone on the screen. It now has lines flickering across the screen. Can you give me details and costs for a replacement screen please?

On anything this new, Dell is your only source of parts -- you'll need to call to get a price.
In the US, call 1-800-372-3355
Outside the US, call your local Dell office and ask for "spare parts".
