Suspicious phone call and email

I recvd a phone call from Dell CFS yesterday advising me that I had a credit on my account against an order number for which I had recvd  the laptop. They had all my info and old credit card number, order number, amount of the transaction, etc. I got more suspicious when they said reimbursement would be by cheque. They have no sent me an email with same info requesting me to send more info if I want the credit.

Email text:

Hi R--s H-----d,

We see that you had placed an order with us in the month of September 2022. We have a refund pending of 21485.07. This refund can be processed to your initial mode of payment. We see that a Visa card was used, and we can refund this amount to the same card. But if the card is inactive, please let us know so that we can check and refund.

Kindly confirm if you would like to receive the credit.
