Reorder

The first time I ordered an item it was cancelled by Dell because they couldn't verify my account, turns out it was block. But it’s still a pending charge. After talking to the bank they unblocked it for a hour but when I called Dell the conversation lasted longer then a hour and was told that i had to wait for thirty minutes before i could reorder it. Im guessing the unblock pending charge was a separate charge from the new order I would have to undergo.

Now I will have to wait for the pending to knocked off or/and pay for the item again under the new order??
