Where do I get the best gaming laptop for my budget?
I love to play games and am looking for the best laptop that will work properly and have the best features. I searched a lot and got stuck with some brands.

Those don't seem inordinately demanding -- and you won't find anything truly capable of being called a "gaming" notebook for under $1,000.
That said, most of those will run just fine on a low-end basic notebook, but you may want to add a couple of hundred dollars to that budget -- a $500 notebook is going to be decidedly short on features unless you're buying used.
You also get about twice the performance for your dollar with a desktop system, so if that's your budget, it may be the best option.

No one can with so little information. Factors include the type of gaming you plan, the budget you have, and the size and weight of the system you're willing to buy.
There are plenty of review sites, so set a budget and decide what size system you need first. Then proceed.

Thanks for your advice.
I am looking for a laptop under $500 with high-end graphics features so that I can play it smoothly. Magic the Gathering: Arena, Stardew Valley, Untitled Goose Game, and Runescape are among the games I'd like to play here.
