You cannot upgrade the GPU on the 2020 m17 R3 unless you swap out the motherboard.
The storage options are discussed on page 12 in the online m17 R3 Setup and Specifications PDF.

The GPU's are soldered to the motherboard so there is no way to replace only the GPU. If you had an older laptop like the M17x R3 (circa 2011/2012) then these had MXM GPU's which were replaceable.

Your laptop has an AGA port (Alienware Graphics Amplifier). If you find yourself one of those, you can fit a desktop GPU into the AGA and connect it to your laptop.
