m16 R1, Thunderbolt 4 Bus power needed for dual NVMe SSD enclosures

I am trying to simultaneously connect two ACASIS 40Gbps M.2 NVMe SSD enclosures (Model TBU 405 Pro), each have w/built in fan for thermal/cooling.  Our M16 R1 laptop allows enough thunderbolt BUS power to run 1 of the enclosures, but when attempting to connect the 2nd enclosure, Windows 11 complains about not having enough power.  I suspect there's an issue with the motherboard.  Can someone please help identify what the problem could be?  thank you.

Check with the manufacturer to see how much power the devices need -- anything over 15W will probably mean you need a powered thunderbolt/USB-C hub or a docking station,

@ejn63 Thx for your response. Each time enclosure requires 15w.  Since the M16 R1 has 2 Thunderbolt 4 USB-C ports, shouldn’t each port power 15w each?

It doesn't work that way, no -- the total output is 15W.  You will need a power source to run both of these together.

Two would work with a desktop system but won't with a notebook, not without additional power.
