m15 R3, will this DDR4 work?

Hi everyone, I’ve been owning a Alienware m15 R3 for the past 2 years and it’s served me well. As of recently, I have been thinking of increasing it’s performance  and have been thinking of buying these Corsair Vengeance Performance SODIMM CMSX16GX4M2A3000C18 16GB 3000MHz CL18 ddr4, (2 x 8GB) https://a.co/d/9TTTLNO .

My laptop has a AMD Radeon 5500M Series in it with an Intel Core i7 10750H CPU. I don’t know much about laptops so anything helps out! I appreciate it!

The memory in this model is soldered to the system board, and there is no socket for upgrades.  It cannot be upgraded.

It depends on the present configuration and on what you're willing to spend on the upgrade.  The system came with 8, 16 or 32G RAM -- if you have one of the first two options, you'd need to replace the system board with one having more RAM, up to the 32G board.  If you're at 32G now, there's no option for more RAM.

The 32G boards are listed on EBay at present for about $600.00 -- so it would be a very expensive upgrade.  Just about anywhere other than through a private seller on EBay, expect at least a couple of hundred dollars more.
