Area-51m R2, power supply (one of the two) doesn't work anymore
Hello,
I have this Alienware product. I start to have a doubt concerning the quality of the Alienware products, second Alienware I have, always a problem. In the mean time, they were not honest with me concerning the warranty of my second product. So to day, I am only able to run my laptop with one AC Adpator of 330W. The second connection is not working at all. I have read in this forum that it could be possible for me to switch two 330W adaptor with a single 750W. Is it correct? Do you have any ref to give me?

So it means that it is dead for me ...
I have two 330W working ... it is the second connector of my laptop who is dead ...

Yes but it has nothing to do with hardware problem but with customer care no ??

If you have system hardware issue, it will be addressed within the warranty terms. You can click on Get Help Now (bottom right of your screen) to ascertain your system warranty and receiving support. If the system is out of warranty, community contributors may assist with suggestions and workable solutions.
