Your company has the worst customer service in the world.  I have been on the phone with your representatives for the past six hours.  This is after I have bought 4 different products from you and a $150 Dell on call service fee.  I will never buy a product from your company again and I will make sure to go out of my way to make sure my friends and co-workers never buy from your company again.
