Several sites like GottaBeMobile , jkOnTheRun and Gizmodo mentioned it, and Joanna Stern from Laptop Magazine even published a pretty solid overview and video demo

re: Latitude XT Software Update is Here

I have a Dell XT in my lap with the new driver, and so far touchlib is not working. Hopefully this will change.

re: Latitude XT Software Update is Here

bam,
I just bought a Latitude XT yesterday from ebay with this news. Now i
wonder if multitouch apps from touch LIB will work with this. I cant
wait to try it. http://nuigroup.com/touchlib/
If not, dell needs to work with them because its so far one of the most
comprehensive multitouch open libraries available, all in flash.

only
thing I found very odd for this tablet is lack of SATA drive. It didnt
come out that long ago and yet they havent updated from pata to sata
option or added a higher resolution screen, not to mention a web camera.

this marks my 6th Dell purchase....
