Dell always forget south east asia. I would like to buy from Dell Malaysia but hold it back for the simple reason of product and spec configurations.You can get what you want in Dell US but definitely not in Dell Malaysia. If michael say growth outside US is higher than in the US,then can explain why the product limitation for Dell Malaysia?For example the Inspiron Mini is already launch in US but how come in Malaysia is not launch?What is the reason for holding back?Somedays i wish Michael can really explain to all of us in South East Asia the reason for the difference in product between US and other parts of the world. Do note when we want to go Dell site, we need to include www and that triple www means world wide web therefore all services and products should be offer on a worldwide basis and not on individual country.I hope someday i can see Alienware system in South East Asia market.

I (and many, many others) am (are) beginning to believe it really doesn't exist and Dell is just stringing us along.

I would like to congratulate dell over its growth outside U.S. specially in India but I regret to inform you that this wont sustain for long if customer back in india will not get proper care just as mine, were my ordered notebook is taking a month and more to get delivered due to unprofessional approach by the sales,processing & customercare department.

This is not only adding to my harrasment & hampering of my business but in a way hampering your business, if not in the immediate future, through a negative flow of attitude towards the brand.

In a case like this a company like HP whom you are talking of exceeding 6 times in growth not only compensate but regret for there delay.

I am sorry to say but this type of unprofessionalism shown by your Indian office is definitely going ruin your truely earned brand name.
Request you to take serious action immediately.
