&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-size:x-small;"&gt;Dell has a site&amp;nbsp;where you can submit Unresolved Issues&amp;nbsp;who have already contacted Dell Support about a continuing issue.&amp;nbsp; Hopefully they might be able to get the&amp;nbsp;issue resolved with your printer.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
