&lt;p&gt;I have worked for Unisys, a Dell service provider in the past.&amp;nbsp; I saw a technician, who appeared to be from a small private firm, picking up Dell boxes from our local DHL facility. He indicated he did not work for any of the Dell Service Providers but for himself. Is this possible, if so how? &lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p class="MsoNormal"&gt;&lt;span style="FONT-SIZE:12pt;LINE-HEIGHT:115%;FONT-FAMILY:&amp;#39;Arial&amp;#39;,&amp;#39;sans-serif&amp;#39;;"&gt;Thanks for posting about this!&lt;span&gt;&amp;nbsp; &lt;/span&gt;Independent, smaller solution providers and computer repair firms often get excluded, either because of high costs or incompatible structures by partner programs from major computer companies , and it’s good to see Dell’s program shaping itself to meet the needs of a lot of different types of tech providers.&lt;span&gt;&amp;nbsp; &lt;/span&gt;I will be interested to see how Dell continues to build its partner program in the coming months and years.&lt;span&gt;&amp;nbsp; &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
