&lt;p&gt;1) Buying a bluetooth headset from Dell BH200. It can in a shipping box 2.5x the box containing the bluetooth unit.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;2) Buying 1 piece of 1GB&amp;nbsp; notebook ram. The box is well.. A whole lot larger than the RAM. Do look into how the rest of the industry package for shipment.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;3) Vacume pack your carrying case!
