It's telling you that there is an solution for that issue. It's part of something we launched in February called Accepted Solution

re: Have a Question? Dell announced that their "next generation" of laptops would feature GOBI chipsets built-in ... in April 2008. My old Dell laptop, wonderful as it has been, is on it's last legs, and I just ordered another Dell laptop...NOT with the much desired GOBI chipset (plain vanilla Verizon MoBro). So where are these laptops? Folks, HP is blowing you out..Lenovo is on track...when are the GOBI's coming? And if fairly soon, can I upgrade my just purchased laptop!

PS...you need to make sure your sales folks actually know about current and or promised technologies...getting verbal "blank stares" when I ask about GOBI...

Looking forward to a quick answer??!!

I USED to use the forums for answers but find that they are next to impossible to use. I'm crossing my fingers that I won't have to use them again---much too difficult. Just look at the poll results with the softball answers!

Sorry to hear you are having some issues with your Dell systems. Here's what I recommend you try: Go to the dell forum (www.dellcommunity.com) and enter words that describe the problems you are having in the search box. Threads that have accepted solutions will be shown first in the search results. If you do not see a thread that is addressing the same issue you are experiencing, feel free to submit a new thread, so other users can help you resolve your issue.
