Now it's June 24th and I have not recieved my Upgrade. People in DELL say that there's another company in charge of the "express" upgrade, but nobody seem to care. They have sent my data for an 'escalation' several times, but I have got no information.&lt;/STRONG&gt;&lt;/P&gt;
