Dell Catalogs.&amp;nbsp; &lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;I have one personal address and two business address that all receive the Dell Catalogs.&amp;nbsp; I have called customer support 4 times (around once every three months to allow for processing time) and yet the catalogs keep coming.&amp;nbsp; The last time I called, I even spoke with a manager.&amp;nbsp; &lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;One of the addresses that receives the Dell Catalogs contains a name a past purchaser that has never resided at the address.&amp;nbsp; Therefore, I know that the names are not refreshed from an external mailing house list, but rather internal within Dell.&amp;nbsp; &lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;I do all my purchasing on-line and do not need to use catalogs.&amp;nbsp; Dells lack of attention in helping me reduce my paper waste has been extremelly dissappointing, to say the least.&amp;nbsp; I just called customer support this morning for the 5th time, and if I am still on the mailing lists, I&amp;#39;ll be forced to take legal action to get Dell to wake up and take resposibility.&lt;/p&gt;&lt;div style="clear:both;"&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;img src="http://en.community.dell.com/aggbug.aspx?PostID=56491" width="1" height="1"&gt;</description></item></channel></rss>
