SXSW Day 3: Focused on Web Accessibility

I have a sister at home that has a disability. She lives in D.C. and I live in Colorado. I need to send my ex-Dell desktop and flat panel to her. This would open up her entire world. No silly, I do not have the shipping box or anything. Any ideas on how to contact Dell to make a contribution towards providing me with shipping materials?

I am a big fan of DELL products and unfortuntily i wasn't able to purchase new -(student),but was able to get a used dimension 2350 computer from a reputible pawn shop dealer in my area, then called DELL to get it turned over to my name - Done, then i found a DELL printer (A920all-in-one ) online 12/?/07, tried to get that also into my name( from what i hope is just minor)and was told that i would have to have original owner information in which of course i don't have(on-line12/07),which now leaves me between a rock and a hard place please help and or advise me how to resolve this issue.p.s.i am a student with little if any money.

Thanks for coming to my Core Conversion on "How Accessible Should Your Site Be?" It was good to meet you and I appreciated your input during the session. It was good to get an idea of how another big company handles accessibility issues and comforting to know that we're facing the same types of issues.
