I have been a customer with Dell for more than 5 years and have made many purchases, over the years with Dell I expect some real "customer service", and not just an "I'm Sorry you just have to throw these cartridges away". This kind of so called customer care will cause me to take my business some where else. I HAD NO CONTROL OVER WHEN MY PRINTER WOULD CEASE WORKING AND IF YOU KNOW THAT YOUR EQUIPMENT ONLY HAS A CERTAIN SHELF LIFE THEN THAT SHOULD BE CONVEYED TO THE CUSTOMER. THIS IS YOUR HARDWARE THAT JUST STOPPED WORKING WE DID NOTHING TO THE PRINTER TO CAUSE IT TO MALFUNCTION. I do not condone being wasteful, and NOT BEING ABLE TO RETURN SOME ITEMS BECAUSE OF A NUMBER OF DAYS is wasteful. I AM NOT HAPPY WITH DELL RIGHT NOW AND ESPECIALLY SINCE I JUST SPENT ANOTHER $250.00 FOR A NEW PRINTER. THIS JUST DOES NOT MAKE BUSINESS SENSE FOR ME, NOR DOES IT HELP ME, THE CONSUMER WITH SAVING MONEY. I expect better results from a large company such as Dell. How RED or Green is this?

I am really disappointed that the only prodect red XPS 1330 comes loaded with minimal memory, hard drive space and warranty length. Once you add such features, the product red version is several hundred dollars more than a comparabily loaded standard XPS 1330, and Dell only donates $50 to product red. Why not donate several hundred dollars or offer one with better features? Windows Vista suggests 2GB memory and the product red only comes with 1 GB. And now you can't get an XPS in red unless you get the product red.
