I was told they had no more brown ones at that time and it would be 6 weeks to recieve one. I told the sales rep that, &amp;quot;that would be fine&amp;quot;. Two weeks later it came in and it was black, no big deal. I never looked at the shipping papers I just filed them away in case I had any problems with the Zune. Last week while balancing my check book I noticed I was charged $195 for the Zune. I called customer service and got no where. I got to talk to&amp;nbsp;people in India and not the US. They did nothing for me except to offer to take it back. I wanted the agreed upon price not the price I could pay locally for one. I have spent about a hundred hours loading music on my Zune and want to keep it but being ripped off by a multibillion dollar company makes me extremely mad. There is no excuse for the poor service when Dell is at fault for mis-printing the sale price. Dell senior officials you need to wake up. I work for the federal government of the United States and all of our products are Dell. &lt;P&gt;Which means I am going to be reduced to showing my wife a picture of her Christmas present instead of giving her the real thing.&lt;/P&gt;

&lt;P&gt;How can this be?&amp;nbsp; I already have a different color than what I ordered.&amp;nbsp; I'm not real happy at the momoent, Christmas is 8 days away and now Dell tells me I won't ever get a replacement.&amp;nbsp; I'm not sure what to do or what I can do.&lt;/P&gt;

&lt;P&gt;I did not receive the promised confirmation email from that call so I called the next day just to follow up and make sure that everything was ok.&amp;nbsp; The CSR told me that my replacement order was cancelled,&amp;nbsp; No one called to tell me that, I was not happy at this time.&amp;nbsp; He started to look in to it and stated that they could substitute a different color, I said "great", then he says they are out of stock and do not have anything to send me.&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;Now, I'm 9 days away from Christmas and 2 of my kids will get nice functional Zunes and I have to pick which kid gets the "brick".&amp;nbsp; I'm not looking forward to this.&amp;nbsp; &lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;I have no idea when I might get the replacement and I'm not happy right now.&amp;nbsp; Need help Dell.&lt;/P&gt;

On 11/27&amp;nbsp;I recieved an email stating shipping was delayed till 12/17. They did manage to ship it earlier, but, after 3 days with no delivery, DHL lost my package. How convenient! So, DHL informs me that it is my responsibility to contact Dell and inform that that the zune was lost in shipping. That is just great customer service. &amp;nbsp;So,&amp;nbsp;I get it reordered with next day shipping....2 days later, Dell&amp;nbsp;emails me, they are just cancelling my order and refunding my money!&amp;nbsp; Forget ME.....
