I received my laptop in September and was told this morning that the "black envelope" was never ordered and I will not be receiving my perks, I will be taking this up the line to Supervisors etc. My brother purchased the same packeage and had to fight for his as well. People need to know that Dell is not processing the perks and Blizzard needs to know as well.

Just got mine today, NO black envelope :( Hope it's comeing in the mail, I too have sent out the feelers asking about it, It WAS advertised on the Dell site that it comes with the order and didn't say anything about certain months.

I have read that alot of people have not received a golden ticket and membership card if they ordered outside of december/January. I just ordered mine last night and I wont get it until August. Ill tell you guys if I get one or not. It was not listed in the specs but "World of Warcraft themed Backpack, T-shirt and Mouse Pad" was. I think the ticket is sent in a black envelope and you get it AFTER your laptop arrives. Ill go ahead and contact them about it now. I just wanted the laptop though... LOL

This is destined to fail, I have had a Dell Inspiron that i basically decked out with the internals of what the early xps model of the day had and lo and behold every 3 months or so something else goes wrong. I had my ram replaced twice, as well as, my motherboard, hard-drive, sound hardware and videocard.

I must say dell has excellent customer service, because their hardware is definately NOT excellent, they will replace everything and anything, but i would rather invest 3000g :P in something that does not brake down with a constant list of malfunctions and hardware issues.

well i got one of these as a gift. It arrived in early May and I have had no issue with it so far... its blazing fast and a great computer. The problem I'm having is that I never got the quest envelope, which is the only reason I would have chosen the WoW version over a regular XPS or a less expensive computer.

Its been a month now. The first time I called DELL Customer Service, I was told it would take up to 10 days to arrive after I got my computer. I just sent another customer service request, but I'm starting to get frustrated here.

Would be nice if this was available in Canada, I wouldn't hesitate to order one if I could.

Unfortunately it's only available to US customers, so those of us outside the US are precluded from these promotions. Any feedback as to why it's unavailable outside the US? I'd even pay extra if it meant I was able to get one.
