Goes to show you the promise isn't panning out is it. Nobody at SalesForce thought of running a database verifier before taking it down did they. My oh my, the simplest of tools developed my most if not all CS majors in their first year at college. The db is probably so corrupted you can't get it to list anything anymore, so much for the fix. Better hope you backed it up.

re: New Categories: IdeaStorm & Ideas in Action

I guess the move to Direct2Dell hasn't helped with notifications. Things like "hey we're taking the site down for a bit tonight" BEFORE it happens would be appreciated.

re: New Categories: IdeaStorm & Ideas in Action

Lionel,

This has the potential to become a great new feature for the Dell community but there are a few problems to overcome. I posted a new idea on IdeaStorm for improvement suggestions to the Direct2Dell site. Instead of listing them here, I have included a link. Perhaps a few Direct2Dell readers who haven't joined IdeaStorm will feel impelled to join the fray. Good luck
