Customers in the United States with fewer than 10 pieces of computer equipment can contact their sales representative to request a personal asset recovery

re: Simplifying Recycling for Small Businesses

What in the heck fire is going on....twice this has happened to me. I live miles out in the country and receive my mail at a PO Box in Blanchard, OK. ALL MY MAIL GOES THERE. But, because I HAVE to order ink cartridges from Dell and they DO NOT send to a PO Box, I had to install a mail box with the 911 address. But, the postmaster will not leave in the mail box because Dell sends the cartridges Certified Mail and he takes them back to the PO in Blanchard, OK where I have to drive in and pick them up.....guess where?.....yep, your right, my PO Box. This delays me receiving my cartridges when I need them and makes absolutely no sense.

I have had this PO Box for many years and would appreciate them sending them directly to the PO Box and avoid the DELAYS.....this is a very small town and everyone knows everyone.....what is the big deal? This is a United States Post Office in small town rural America.

Had I known of this hassle in the beginning, I would have made a different choice than purchasing a DELL PRODUCT......YOU SHOULD TELL PEOPLE THIS UP FRONT....I AM A 501-C 3 Non Profit and things I have to do need to be done in a timely fashion....delaying me 4 or 5 days while I have to chase the ink cartridges down is just damn ridiculous.....You should be able to flag my account and KNOW that I prefer my ink cartridges to come SAFELY to my PO Box and they do not require Certified Mail for delivery.

Please let me know if this can be rectified ASAP. This is the third time this has gone on and it is NOT GOOD CUSTOMER SERVICE.

I reached out to some of the folks behind this effort and this is what they had to say:

Even though we currently offer this new service
to only customers in the United States, we are always exploring ways for
businesses, regardless of size or location, to properly and securely dispose of
their equipment. We’ll be sure to use Direct2Dell to communicate more
developments if we expand this program in the future.

re: Simplifying Recycling for Small Businesses

This is a service that I want to take advantage of for my company. But I live in Canada. It's kind of like reading about the iPhone. I want it, but I can't buy it.

Do you have any plans to offer the service to small businesses in Canada?
