Great job of scheduling DELL. Now I have to be the one that notifies the Tech when the part arrives, whenever that will be(this year I hope).

Anyways, everyone hang in there and let us know if anyone gets the upgrade and your experience with it.

My order has changed ship dates 9 times now; what’s funny is my xps 700 was one of the 1st 100 built last year. EVERYTHING with DELL has been a joke, from lying about the 1st configs, to shipment delays, to "fixing" the problem, They only released the program when they did to avoid a lawsuit. It being announced/available suspends all of those suits. When are they finally going to ship.....? WHO KNOWS? The upgrade path opened a month ago today, and still empty promises, and delays for ANOTHER 10-14 days, looking fwd to delay notification # 10...and still no upgrades. AND poor Lionel is given the job of being the Spin Dr. of this entire program. Yes I signed up for the exchange/upgrade within 1 hour of the upgrade post a month ago. The XPS 700 will always be known for being deceitful from conception to inception to promises of a brighter tomorrow. You'll probably squash my comment ...but that’s OK I have documented it elsewhere 3 times. Heaven forbid that we inform everyone of the truth. This comment contains NO legal action threat, profanity, or personal attacks....Only the truth.
