Sorry, Guys. I'm really confused here - and a little bemused.

Quoting from above:

However, when I click on that link, I get
Unofficial Dell System-Specific Linux yum repository

(ie. a page that declares an unsupported, use-at-your-own-risk, package)

This REALLY does not look good. Especially when I am being requested to support a dell server without OMSA installed.

Questions:

Why, when you ship a business rack server with Red Hat Enterprise, do you not install OMSA on it automatically? (Instead, your client received a server with a desktop configuration up and running)
Can we have some info on various hardware configuration? I haven't had much time to investigate yet (so I'm not sure if I have missing kernel modules or a Dell hardware issue), but lm-sensors comes installed, yet finds absolutely nothing at all (which is a first - I usually get something...)
Could we have more OSS software with a "We'll give OFFICIAL support with this package IF you are running [insert Dell's favourite Linux distro] ...?

Please provide an apt repository for those of us who are running Ubuntu. Even though you are providing 32-bit OSs on 64-bit machines (like my E1505N with T7200), please provide 64-bit software.

Free software (no license issues) should make this a Just Works TM thing.
