&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;Anyway, totally disappointed to see my ship date go from Sep 20 to October 10th.&amp;nbsp; The absolute worst thing is talking to the chimpanzees on the "customer service phone" who just repeat the same stuff you can see on the website.&amp;nbsp; What's the freaking point?&lt;/P&gt;

Received on 6Sep (checked) -&amp;gt; Work in progress on 7Sep (checked)&amp;nbsp;-&amp;gt; Manufacturing Build completed on 8Sep (checked)&amp;nbsp;-&amp;gt; Ship from Factory on 8Sep (in progress). My estimate delivery date is &lt;STRONG&gt;14-Nov&lt;/STRONG&gt;. So does it means that likely I'll have my new gear arrive far before the original estimate delivery date??&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;According to the sales rep when I place my order over the phone, she said that it's because the fingerprint reader is in shortage and so that's why this palmrest option is even removed from site. According to the sales rep we don't have shortage on the wireless N card (I'm not sure on LCD display because I ordered the CCFL display) but it is the fingerprint reader that take 7 weeks on waiting. I ordered it on Aug 16 and they gave me an estimated date of Sept 10. If all of you ordered before me and are getting delays already, mine is going to even longer. Is the LED backlit LCD really worth all this wait?!?!&lt;br&gt;Asus does have the W7S which is sort of has the same specs but no LED?
