&lt;p&gt;kindly arrange to send immediately the documentary proof for the same. &lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;We are the Volume Core Partners for Dell-Commercial range of Products here in Karnatak upcountry. During the finalisation&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;of deals at corporate levels and the issue raised by our competitiors reg poor service structure of Dell is effecting the closure of the deals badly.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;Kindly to over come the present situation arrange to send the documetary evidence for the same to circulate to all our channel partners and to corporate sectors along with our quote.&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;It&amp;#39;s pretty sad when the latest and greatest is using old technology.&amp;nbsp; I will not recommend any Vostro&amp;#39;s anymore.&lt;/p&gt;

It looks grainy and the brightness is bad. When I ordered the laptop I told them that I wanted a LG or Samsung LCD. They said that it's wouldn't come with a AUO display but it did. &lt;P&gt;Great machine.&amp;nbsp; Most of reviews over CNET, etc fairly reflected, eg. machine getting heated easily.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Quite unhappy that Dell's site (Malaysia) do not supply accessories for this - particularly the power adapter and battery.&amp;nbsp; I had to order my spare adapter through making phone call to Dell's call centre and got a faxed order to purchase, rather than online.&amp;nbsp; Now considering a secondary battery but it is nowhere to be found online.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Is Vostro brand not fully supported by Dell?&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;During delivery time, (over last weekend), I could no longer track the delivery online - Dell (Malaysia)'s website had gone 'mad'.&amp;nbsp; Called and left voice message on Friday (before the work day ends) with the sales staff who attended my purchase but got no reply and finally delivery came on Monday 5pm.&amp;nbsp; In between, was totally kept in the dark by Dell.&lt;/P&gt;

&lt;P&gt;Initially, I thought it was a bad monitor and was going to return it.&amp;nbsp; Then, I tried hooking it up to my older desktop computer using the DVI connector (since it had one) instead of the VGA.&amp;nbsp; Night and day difference.&amp;nbsp; I always thought digital would be better, but not THAT much better.&amp;nbsp; It might be something to do with the 1680x1050 resolution being carried over an analog connection too.&amp;nbsp; Or, maybe the monitor I purchased just doesn't handle the VGA as well as it does the digital...&amp;nbsp; Either way, I wish I could hook it up digitally to my Vostro.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;I thought there was still hope the other day when I learned that I could buy a docking station for my HP laptop that I use at work that actually had a DVI output on it.&amp;nbsp; That's when I learned there were no docking stations or port replicators available for the Vostro -- Upon looking behind and beneath my Vostro, there isn't even a dock connector anywhere for future support.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Anyway, the Vostro is&amp;nbsp;a great machine overall, but I'm really wishing it had some means of getting digital video output.&lt;/P&gt;
