The purpose was to unveil new design and feature changes to the Dell Community Forum, which had remained in same design since 1999. Most of your links are broken. ... Could you please update them,as I am very interested in seeing that the upgraded tech support forums get fixed to a point where customers can find where and how to ask questions required to support their systems.

re: Dell Unleashes the Community Part 2

Congrats on the launch, Sean!

re: Dell Unleashes the Community Part 2

the new forums web site is pretty much unuseable rubbish

typicall myopia from development team and amangement. The users tell you it is not what they want or need but you can only continue to tell us how great the new site is. Same story as Balmer with Vista.

Dell is in the process of loosing one of it's most attractive features as a seller; namely the ability to research and share questions using other people's experience. I can't find things I used to be able to. I get acres of white space and drivel for content.

Perhaps the time has come to stop buying Dell if you are so keen to be mediocre
