&lt;p&gt;and have a look around.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;Yes updating from ADMIN(otherwise known as Root) will update anything that has been released as stable for ubuntu&amp;#39;s&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt; OS. &lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;Installing urme-config-belmont won&amp;#39;t effect anything &amp;nbsp;but what the app should do, if its already done noth9ing will happen.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;There is always a way to manually install apps in every linux OS from the command line in Admin (ROOT)&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;If you need the install commands ask over at the fo0rums we&amp;#39;ll get you going right&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;em&gt;I bought a lap top inspiron 1501 a while back.&amp;nbsp; It has been&amp;nbsp;A NIGHTMARE TO GET THE THING TO WORK RIGHT SENSE IT WAS NEW.&amp;nbsp; I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND BUYING ONE TO ANYONE.&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
