I would normally not believe that a Touchpad is the same as Fingerprint sensor; however this is what the Dell site in Brazil shows!!!&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin:0cm 0cm 0pt;" class="MsoNormal"&gt;&lt;span style="mso-ansi-language:EN-US;"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#0000ff;"&gt;Have you tried to configure and buy a Latittude notebook E550 &lt;strong&gt;WITH&lt;/strong&gt; fingerprint reader from the Brazilian site? So try it! The configurations appear in the following&lt;span style="mso-spacerun:yes;"&gt;&amp;nbsp; &lt;/span&gt;sequence:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin:0cm 0cm 0pt;" class="MsoNormal"&gt;&lt;span style="mso-ansi-language:EN-US;"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#0000ff;"&gt;As for my Latittude, I have decided not to return it to buy another one because it would be very time-consuming for me. &lt;span style="mso-spacerun:yes;"&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/span&gt;If I am loosing my time and giving me this work to show the mistaken Brazilian site, that is why I have Dell in great consideration!&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

I&amp;#39;m satisfied the&amp;nbsp;disconnects are deliberate ... especially when the service reps have explicitly requested contact info, yet don&amp;#39;t follow up.&lt;/p&gt;
