&lt;p&gt;Once they see you&amp;#39;re using Ubuntu they treat you like you&amp;#39;ve got the plague and try to shuffle you off somewhere.&amp;nbsp; The people who fill out the repair papers don&amp;#39;t seem to know what they&amp;#39;re doing either..&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;If Dell is going to become a serious Apple competitor, they need to step up their Ubuntu support quality and the general competence of their service staff by quite a bit.&lt;/p&gt;&lt;div style="clear:both;"&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;img src="http://en.community.dell.com/aggbug.aspx?PostID=121708" width="1" height="1"&gt;</description></item></channel></rss>
