More (PRODUCT) RED Options from Dell

Since we introduced our first Dell (PRODUCT) RED systems back in January, many of our customers have asked us to do more. As Jay hinted recently, today we’re unveiling three new global designs for both the Studio 15 or Studio 17 laptops. These new designs were created by (RED)-inspired artists who have put their heart and soul into creating this artwork, and we’re proud to help celebrate their work.

Note: Click on the product images below to see larger versions.

Dell (PRODUCT) RED Siobhan Gunning -Shine Within #2

With each purchase of a new Studio 15 or 17 laptop with the (PRODUCT) RED artwork, Dell will contribute $20 to The Global Fund – providing life-saving antiretroviral treatment for individuals living with AIDS in Africa.

Dell (PRODUCT) RED Joseph Amedokpo NewWorld #2

These new offerings expand the Dell Art House “gallery” of exclusive artwork from up-and-coming artists from around the globe. We've worked with three different artists to bring you these designs: Joseph Amedokpo, Siobhan Gunning, and Bruce Mau. To see more details about each of these artists and their artwork, check out this link.

Along with the Sudio 15 and 17 laptops, we are also offering (PRODUCT) RED versions of the XPS M1330 and 1530 laptops, the Dell 505W printer and the recently-launched XPS One 24 joins the 20" version we've been offering.  To see the whole Dell (PRODUCT) RED portfolio, visit www.dell.com/joinred.

And if you’re a Facebook type, you can “Make Your Mark” to show your friends that you support (DELL) RED. Download the application from www.facebook.com/dell. And speaking of Facebook, you can see the latest from them at http://www.facebook.com/joinred.

To learn even more about (RED) visit their website at www.JOINRED.com, or follow the (PRODUCT) RED team on Twitter at www.twitter.com/joinred (or click on the cool image below that came from their Twitter background). Love it.

i would love to see an upgrade option for vista ultimate and office etc. for dell laptop owners. why not offer the software upgrade to every system we can order [like Latitude D430 or E6400] ? what about the software features - we can't upgrade after delivery. so why not asking for a 25$ for (PRODUCT) RED + original upgrade prices ? I am sure many of the Dell Community who consider an upgrade would choose the (PRODUCT) RED edition. Guido

This is very cool... it's good to see Dell doing more with (PRODUCT) RED. I think it's such a worthy cause.
