Dell PRODUCT (RED), XPS One Now Available in U.K., France and Germany

Late last week we introduced our Dell PRODUCT (RED) options to customers  in the U.K., France and Germany.  Customers in those countries now join in the fight against AIDS in Africa along with customers in the United States, Latin America and Japan. 

PRODUCT (RED) XPS One

Customers in the U.K. France and Germany can also order the non-red version of the XPS One, our all–in-one system that has been available in the Americas and Japan since November. The XPS One was designed with input from customers worldwide. Recently, I took a look at some of the customer reviews so far on our ratings and reviews tool. It's great that some of our customers take the time to tell us what they like or don't like about our products.

I found it best to filter the reviews by “Helpfulness – high to low.” This orders the reviews with the ones at the top being the ones that folks investigating a product found helpful in their decision making process. Filtered in this way the top four reviewers are pmck (5-stars), mickeyfrom213 (4-stars), Mimi1212 (4-stars) and (5-stars) swimjim. There are some pretty consistent opinions and pros and cons featured here.

Thanks to our users out there who have taken the time to write reviews on our products. These reviews help other customers who are researching products and it helps us to better understand how we can improve.

I too would like to know when the XPS One will be available in Canada.  I see that it is now available in UK France and Germany.

At this time the offer you are referring to is a US only initiative. Other regions will have their own localized offers and promotions.

Hi,

I'm a french customer.

I have been following RED's work around the world from the very beginning years ago.

This morning, I got a great deal in the last RED newsletter : 400$ off any Dell XPS One bought within the 19th of june. The offer did not contain any small print saying it was not available outside US.

For some reasons though, the coupon code I was given is not working on the French Dell's Sales website, and on the phone sales assistants are not aware of this offer.

It is a bit disappointing to see how some customers can avail of a great reward, and how others, for no real reason, cannot.

It's unfortunate that Canada isn't considered part of the Americas. ;)

What about Canada? The XPS One is available in Japan, Europe, Latin America, the US and not Canada?

I hope we're going to see it up here soon. I've been holding out on a new PC purchase since November hoping the XPS One would make it's way up here. I don't understand the delay.
