Dell IR Meeting with Investors at Better Investing National Convention

Starting today and continuing through the weekend, we are attending the Better Investing National Convention (BINC) in Atlanta, Georgia - one of several educational events hosted by the National Association of Investors Corporation (NAIC), an organization which caters to individual investors. The conference is designed as a means for individual investors to ask questions of investor relations experts and learn best practices for investing. The conference provides classes from beginner to advanced, presentations by corporate sponsors, and a free Investors Expo with educational and organizational materials to help individual investors build a personal portfolio.

So what is Dell doing at BINC 2009? Individual investors own roughly 20% of Dell and this is one of many opportunities for us to be involved in direct relationships with you, our current and potential shareholders. The Better Investing Convention gives you a chance to interact with company representatives, educate yourself and become informed about Dell as well as other companies.
