DMC 2.0 TroubleShoot Tool


This tool has been enhanced to support additional protocols and features. This tool can be used when you are not able to discover your network device (Dell Servers, clients or any other network resource) in your management console (Example: Dell Management Console).

It will help you to find the root cause of the discovery problem. You can run the protocol specific test in this tool for that particular remote device and verify the results.

Note: When you install DMC 2.x on the system, the troubleshoot tool is automatically installed. You can then launch the tool by either clicking on "TroubleShoot Tool" icon on the desktop or from "Start -> All Programs -> Dell -> TroubleShoot Tool".
