Latitude 10 keeps shutting down
My Latitude 10 keeps shutting down. The battery is charged. It was working fine even after upgrading it to win 10. Then two weeks ago, it did an automatic update and now as soon as I get to the desktop screen, it automatically shuts down. I cannot even get to the restore area.. I know I am going to lose my data on there, but oh well. I want to restore it to factory and I can deal with the upgrades later. HOW do I do this when it keeps shutting down?

I'm having exactly the same problem. hope some help is here, so far I have not found it.
Initially it worked fine for a few days. Then, "updating" the O.S. resulted in the following- it shuts down within 5 or 6 seconds, no matter what, with a 100% fully-charged battery, or with t he battery removed and on it's a.c. adapter, it shuts down as soon as I enter the PIN and reach the desktop screen.
Obviously, it is not the battery if it's 100% charged or on a.c., despite the battery icon at lower-left showing no charge. When I did boot diagnostics it passed all tests and reported a battery at normal 100% charge, yet still results in the failure to stay on.
I have found no help whatsoever to fix this. I am as a loss for words and cursing a lot. What is my next move for this expensive paperweight ?

Great but useless as it shuts down in less than six seconds...so still no resolving this dilemma.
