Dell venue 8 pro 5830 win 10 blue screen

Good day , I have a problem with the tablet , after a clean install , and after installing the drivers , the tablet works fine , until it downloads an update , after downloading the update , it can not reset and shows a blue screen. Przubowalem even with the memory card removed,also did not help , even installed win 10 without a memory card inserted in the tablet , to no avail , still has this problem . Please advise and ponoc , sorry for my language , but I am a foreigner .
