supportassist 3.14.2.45116 an unexpected error occurred. please try again

Hello, I have a dell precision 7670 and supportassist don't work anymore

The supportassist version is 3.14.2.45116

I have tried to uninstall and reinstal it but supportassist is stil not working

When I want to check if there is any drivers to update, I have always the error message "an unexpected error occurred. please try again"

Does anybody can help me to solve this problem ?
