Dell docking station WD19DCS not connecting to internet

I am sorry this is coming up again, but I don’t see where anyone has ever gotten this issue resolved.

I hope I placed this in the right forum.

I have a Windows 11 Pro.

I have a Precision 7780.

I have a WD19DCS docking station.

All these items are less than three weeks old.

I have done the following trying to get it to work:

I have made sure that my Precision 7780 has the latest bios.

I have made sure the WD19DCS has the latest firmware.

I have powered down the whole system and removed the power from the docking station.

I held the power button on the docking station for 30 seconds, then plugged everything back in and powered everything back up.

The docking station blinked three times like it was supposed to after a reset.

After all this I am still not able to connect to the internet through the docking station ethernet.

Has anyone else run into the issue or know how to get it working?
