Bluetooth greyed Out in Dell Latitude 5580
Hi,
I recently bought Dell Latitude from my friend and installed Ubuntu 23.10. But when i tried to use the bluetooth, it was showing No Bluettoth Found, plug in dongle to use bluetooth. Then i deep dive further and found out Bluetooth has been greyed out in the BIOS under Wireless Devices. I tried updating the BIOS but Still the problem remained the same. Could anyone resolve the issue ASAP.

Go to Dell support site, using the service tag (do not post it here) and verify if the system was shipped with Bluetooth disabled. That was a permanent option and can not be changed.

@Chino de Oro I checked Bluetooth version in the terminal using bluetoothctl --version and it is showing verison 5.68. Does it means i have the bluetooth but not enableb from the BIOS. And when I checked support site and found there was no driver for the Bluetooth for my laptop's Service tag but they were mentioning for the Windows10 and i am using Ubuntu 23.10. Your system was ordered with Bluetooth disabled from factory. It's a permanent settings.
