Optiplex 9010 Fan

I have an optiplex 9010 (with the large drawers) and I want to install a fan but I notice that this one has three inputs and the one on the PC has 5 and given that, it doesn't fit. Is there any pin with which I can connect that fan or can I only use the five fan?
