Area-51 R2, keyboard turns off

I have the same problem and the support boot turns off my keyboard. i had forced windows 11 because of this support pre boot. i had to gey my buddy to get me a new windows 10. then it did it again fan. But it dont run hot how can it be the fan? I  its the drivers in Dell thats the same drivers for years. If all people get this, Dell wont tell us the truth.
